Basic Bread Making Course – This is a full day course, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 4pm. During the day you will learn how to knead, shape and prove a variety of breads.  You will make five different breads, including a white tin loaf, a free form picnic bread and an Italian foccacia, all of which are yours to take home.  Courses are designed for a maximum of 2 clients at a time, ensuring that each client will have individual attention.

There will be drinks on arrival and throughout the day.  A light 2-course lunch will also be provided.  All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be loaned a bake it and take it apron to use on the day.

Basic Bread Making Course:  £90 per person

 


Advanced Bread Making

Advanced Bread Making Course – This is a full day course, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 4pm. During the day you will learn how to extend your bread making knowledge with more complicated breads such as sweetened breads and breads using specialist flours. You will make five different breads, all of which are yours to take home. Courses are designed for a maximum of 2 clients at a time, ensuring that each client will have individual attention.

There will be drinks on arrival and throughout the day.  A light 2-course lunch will also be provided.  All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be loaned a bake it and take it apron to use on the day.

Advanced Bread Making Course: £105 per person

 


Pizza MakingB-Bread making Nottingham

Pizza Making – This is a half day course, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 12.30pm OR starting at 1.30pm and finishing around 4.30pm.  During this session you will learn how to make a pizza dough, including kneading and proving the dough.  Then you will make your own tomato based sauce and prepare your toppings before cooking your pizza. You will then be able to take home not only the pizza you will have just cooked but also the other half of your pizza dough and sauce to make another one at home! Courses are designed for a maximum of 2 clients at a time, ensuring that each client will have individual attention.

There will be drinks on arrival and throughout the session.  A light 2-course lunch can be provided at an extra cost if pre-booked.  All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be loaned a bake it and take it apron to use on the day.

Our Take On Tapas   bread Baking Courses Nottingham

Our Take On Tapas – This is a half day bread themed Tapas course, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 12.30pm OR starting at 1.30pm and finishing around 4.30pm.  During this session you will learn how to make Olive & Tomato Mini Rolls, a Patatas Bravas dish, a Mediterranean Tart and Dipper Bread Fingers.  This will give you a fabulous insight into the world of Tapas, focusing on the more difficult area of breads ideal to go with Tapas dishes.  You will also receive advice on other dishes that would complement those made on the course which you can create and add to as you evolve in the world of Tapas. Courses are designed for a maximum of 2 clients at a time, ensuring that each client will have individual attention.

There will be drinks on arrival and throughout the session.  A light 2-course lunch can be provided at an extra cost if pre-booked.  All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be loaned a bake it and take it apron to use on the day.

Best of Both – Half Bread Half Pizza   bread Baking Courses Nottingham

Best of Both – This is a full day course, starting at 9.30am and finishing around 4pm. This course brings together bread and pizza making into one great fun packed day!  You will learn how to knead, shape and prove 3 different types of bread as well as making a pizza dough.  Then you will go on to make your own tomato based sauce and prepare your toppings before cooking your pizza. You will then be able to take home not only the 3 breads you have made but also the pizza you will have just cooked and the other half of your pizza dough and sauce to make another one at home! Courses are designed for a maximum of 2 clients at a time, ensuring that each client will have individual attention.

There will be drinks on arrival and throughout the day.  A light 2-course lunch will also be provided.  All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be loaned a bake it and take it apron to use on the day.

Basic Cake Making – Available from Winter 2019

During this course you will learn how to make the perfect sponge cake, and other loved basics.

All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be given a bake it and take it Apron to use on the day, which will be yours to keep with our compliments.

Basic Pastry Making – Available from Winter 2019

Pastry Course (Various)

During this course you will learn how to make pastry from scratch, using it to make various different finished dishes.

All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.  You will also be given a bake it and take it Apron to use on the day, which will be yours to keep with our compliments.
